My initiation to photography began with the National Geographics I would flip
through at the age of five while listening to my grandfather’s captivating narratives.
The fascination emerging from the dramatic mix of textures and colours in the
journals has long since played on my subconscious.

I began experimenting with photography at the age of twelve with my father’s
old Olympus Trip. Shortly thereafter, I became a serious enthusiast and advanced
further when a family friend presented his entire SLR system to me.

The work exhibited on this website covers several places in South and South-east
Asia, Europe and North America. Always shooting on film, I focus on landscapes
and urban themes, using linear elements to accentuate my compositions.
